Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@tintologylabs.com. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label to download and print. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs which will automatically be deducted from your refund once the returned item is received and processed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For claims, include clear photos of the product and outer packaging when you contact us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty/personal care products, accessories and tools are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return to insure it was unopened and not used, we will notify you about approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
