Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Free Shipping: Orders $50 and up qualify for free standard shipping

Standard Shipping: $7 (delivery within 3–5 business days)

Priority Shipping: $17.97 flat rate (delivery within 2–3 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order/or weight total. All orders are shipped from Princeton, TX.

Weather Delays
Please note, severe weather, seasonal conditions, or natural events may impact carrier transit times, especially during winter months. We strive to process all orders promptly, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed when affected by weather or force major events.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues & Damages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@tintologylabs.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
